Connect to the ElevateDB Database with ElevateDB Manager
You should find the ElevateDB Manager in the relative PROGS folder of the Warehouse server.
RIVSWH02 - E:\Exportmaster Warehouse Labelling\Exportmaster Warehouse\progs
RIVSWH03 - E:\Exportmaster Warehouse Labelling\Exportmaster Warehouse\progs
Here are the settings I use for my Ramsden warehouse labelling DB; I’ve highlighted important boxes in red, the rest can be left at the default values. No need to change anything on the ‘locking/buffering’ and ‘progress’ tabs.
Set Name to something you’ll recognise as warehouse labelling and ensure session type is remote and character set is Unicode:

IP Address or Host Name – set this to the IP address or Host Name of the server on which the DB runs. Host Name takes precedence over IP address. Port – I believe this is the default of 12010 for your setup.

Fill in user name and password as follows:
Username: Administrator (not case sensitive)
Password: EDBDefault (case sensitive)

Once you’ve set up the above values click OK. You should then see the session in the list and you can expand the tree nodes to drill down to tables under ‘Databases’. If you need to run SQL against the database ensure that in the treeview you’ve selected the database (or below) as EDB Manager uses this selection to determine against which DB the SQL should be run, e.g.
